Features: This textbook aims to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the standards and fundamental content of international human rights law and its development. It has two distinctive features: first, it is a result of international cooperation; second, it introduces a systematic approach to active learning. International Human Rights Law Textbook, Volume 2, includes the main conventions and other official documents that must be carefully read to understand the content of international human rights law. All United Nations documents included in this volume are official Chinese translations. Volume 2 is designed to facilitate the reference and citation of these documents. For many readers, some of the documents in Volume 2 can also be found in libraries or on the internet. Chinese translations of other documents, such as the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as amended by Protocol No. 11, are less readily available elsewhere.
