How should urinary tract infections be treated?

Patient's question:

Because of urinary tract infection, I took three doses of Fosfomycin Mannitol, and the last one was administered too quickly intravenously. Later, I experienced abdominal pain and headache. It has been a week now, and the abdominal pain has mostly subsided, but I still feel dizzy, especially in the acupoints of eye exercises, where there is often aching pain, particularly in the afternoon.
Past treatment and effectiveness: I don’t know what medicine I should take to relieve this. If I don’t take anything, will the symptoms disappear on their own?

Doctor's answer:

If it's just a simple urinary tract infection, you can take anti-inflammatory medication. I suggest you do some relevant tests. I don't know why I used mannitol for your urinary tract infection. If it's a urinary tract infection, you can just use some anti-inflammatory medication. If the urinary tract infection is treated, you need to consider your previous blood pressure and rest. High blood pressure and poor rest can both cause headaches. There are several reasons for dizziness, so it's recommended that you treat the symptoms accordingly.
