Which hospital treats hematospermia

Patient's question:

My wife said I've been acting strangely lately. When she was with me, she noticed that the semen I released was a bit reddish, which is what people call hematospermia. I got a bit scared and went to the hospital. The doctor said it was just a bit of inflammation, nothing serious, and that taking some medicine would be fine.

Doctor's answer:

Hematospermia is one of the diseases of the male reproductive system, with its main symptom being the emission of red semen during sexual intercourse. It is most commonly seen in modern medicine as seminal vesiculitis and is relatively rare in clinical practice. This condition is often complicated with prostatitis, with its infection pathways primarily being direct spread from urethral and prostatic infection; is lymphatic infection and hematogenous infection. Due to bacterial invasion and inflammatory stimulation, the seminal vesicles become congested. During sexual intercourse, smooth muscle and blood vessel contraction lead to the leakage of a large number of red blood cells and pus cells into the semen. In traditional Chinese medicine, hematospermia is often attributed to insufficient kidney yin, excessive ministerial fire forcing blood to flow uncontrollably; or excessive sexual activity damaging blood vessels, causing blood to flow with semen; or due to damp-heat accumulation lower in the body, which irritates the seminal vesicles and causes blood to flow uncontrollably due to heat.
