(5) The theoretical foundation of political norms. When standardizing social and political phenomena, a certain theoretical principle must be used as a basis. Among the theoretical foundations of political norms, the most important are the basic principles of social and historical views. Starting from different social and historical views will lead to different combinations of political norms.
