It explores the essence, characteristics, and psychological mechanisms of high-efficiency learning, constructs an information-processing model of high-efficient learning, and provides a brand-new, scientific perspective for understanding and recognizing the process of high-efficient learning. As a professional in psychology, the author feels a sense of responsibility to address this issue, which holds both significant theoretical importance and major social practical significance. Therefore, in 2000, the author led the application for the Key Research Bases of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education major project "High-Efficient Learning and Information Processing" and was granted approval. Over the years, the research team led by the author has collaborated and worked together, based on the theory of information processing psychology, using various methods to conduct a series of studies. Mainly, they have explored the psychological mechanisms of high-efficient learning from aspects such as brain mechanisms, selective attention, metacognition, learning strategies, non-intellectual factors, and implicit cognition.
