Features: Perhaps it's a tacit understanding, or maybe just a coincidence. Looking back 10 years ago, the Ningbo Municipal Cultural Relics Department once edited and published the Zhedong Culture Colloquium (Volume), which was the first collection of academic papers on the study of Zhedong culture since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Unintentionally, 10 years later, it coincides with the 10th anniversary of the Zhedong Culture, an academic journal sponsored by the Ningbo Cultural Relics and Museum Society. I remember that when Zhedong Culture was first launched, it fully took into account the actual situation of Ningbo's cultural relics and museum industry. At the same time, considering that Zhedong Culture was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Press and Publication Administration but only an internal publication, it was timely to select representative papers that had been published in it and compile them into a collection for formal publication. This has always been the original intention of the editors and also the common aspiration of fellow scholars who have been enthusiastically concerned with Zhedong Culture over the past decade. Therefore, editing and publishing the Zhedong Culture Colloquium (Second Volume) has become imperative and a natural progression. Academic research lies in accumulation, insight, and innovation. We are well aware that the discipline of cultural relics and museums is always brimming with endless possibilities for in-depth study and exploration. Moreover, its tendency to integrate multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and emerging disciplines serves as an effective gateway to expanding its vast space. Especially when the discipline of cultural relics and museums is consciously applied to the magnificent structure of Zhedong culture, constantly seeking the realm of "standing atop the peak and overlooking all the mountains," it becomes a culturally significant and substantial systematic project.
