Oral lithotripsy agents can be used for stones with a diameter of less than 2.5 centimeters and those with ureteral obstruction. The ingredients include 100 grams each of honeysuckle, Forsythia, Huangpi, Jinyinsuo, Shiwéi, Haisanjīn, Yuxingcao, and Jijin, 150 grams each of Mutong, Zaimai, Biānshū, Yujin, and Zhīké, 180 grams of Tàishí, and 30 grams of Gancao, all ground and concentrated into a single course of oral agents. Take 3 times a day, 3 to 5 grams each time, with warm water. Drinking plenty of water can also help in dissolving and expelling stones.
