Features: The Book of Changes (also known as I Ching), one of the oldest divination books in China, is also a philosophical work embodying the wisdom and insights of ancient sages. It uses the symbol "—" (known as "yang line") to represent the masculine, and the symbol "--" (known as "yin line") to represent the feminine, as its fundamental signs. The basic figures include the Eight Trigrams (each composed of three lines) and the Sixty-Four Hexagrams (each composed of six lines), which are formed by the superposition of any two of the Eight Trigrams. Through the interpretation of these hexagrams, it explains the laws of the generation and transformation of things and phenomena. This book is a lecture record by the renowned scholar Nan Huaijin on the Book of Changes. The first part mainly introduces general knowledge of the Book of Changes and related issues. The latter part focuses on explaining the Sixty-Four Hexagrams (starting with the Qian Hexagram and ending with the Wei Ji Hexagram), with the explanation of the Qian Hexagram being the most detailed. The content includes hexagram names, hexagram terms, line terms, as well as the Tuan Ci (Judgment), Xiang Ci (Image), and Yan Wen (Commentary) that interpret them. It is characterized by its ability to delve into depth while remaining simple and easy to understand.
