Can scrotal eczema be completely cured?

Patient's question:

I am already 30 years old and want to have a child, but recently I have been experiencing testicular eczema, so I cannot allow my wife to get pregnant. Additionally, I often feel as if I haven't fully emptied my bladder, which is a bit bothersome. Can testicular eczema be cured?

Doctor's answer:

First, scrotal eczema will never cause problems with sperm. So, you can have sex and get pregnant. If you feel like your urine isn't clean, go to the hospital to get a urinalysis to check if there's any problem. If everything is fine, drink a lot of plain water and urinate frequently, and there will be no issues. For scrotal eczema, if it's severe, you can wash it with potassium permanganate, apply a little erythromycin ointment or Bactroban to speed up the healing. You can do either.
