What to pay attention to after a circumcision healing process

Patient's question:

I had a frenulum circumcision surgery, and most of the wounds have healed with scars now. However, the wound near the frenulum seems to be healing poorly. There is often yellowish discharge and moisture, along with slight pain and itching. I asked my attending doctor, and he said it's fine, just apply some medication. But my doctor friend advised me to debride the wound. I'm now unsure what to do. I want to know what precautions to take for proper healing after a frenulum circumcision surgery?

Doctor's answer:

After the IUD removal, there is a sign of wound dehiscence at the banding area, with relatively large dehiscence. However, the local wound is still quite dry and shows no obvious signs of infection. It is recommended to change the dressing more frequently, as it will heal on its own. Temporary debridement is not necessary.
Prostate diseases have a significant impact on patients. Once symptoms are noticed, it is important to seek medical attention promptly. Additionally, attention should be paid to dietary issues, with a focus on light and nutritious foods as the foundation.
