Features: Literary and artistic creation can flourish in a hundred flowers, academic views can have a hundred schools of thought, but some things cannot be debated. What has been settled cannot be debated, and facts cannot be debated either. The distance from China to France doesn’t need to be debated; what "altitude" is doesn’t need to be debated; how to count is even less debatable. What I want to say is mostly the things that cannot be debated. This small book is a kind of "annotation" for the knowledge-based errors in the five prose collections by Yu Qiuwei, including Mountain Residences Notes, Cultural Hardship, A Thousand Years of Tribulation, Boundless Wanderer, and Frost-Cold Long River. The purpose is to stop young readers from making mistakes and to prevent simple errors from being so simple.
