Especially in March of this year, when "Democratic" was honored with the "Second China Local Government Innovation Award" initiated by the Central, the Central Party School, and Peking University, drawing widespread attention, it became necessary to briefly summarize the "Democratic." Therefore, this book was compiled to record the five-year journey, trace the evolving trajectory, capture several meaningful moments, preserve some authentic scenes, gather rational reflections from various perspectives, and revisit the focal points that the media has covered.
