He has worked at Nanjing University, the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations in New York, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, and Beijing Haotian Law Firm. He has written books such as "Analysis of Classic American Cases," "Analysis of American Corporate Law Cases," "Analysis of American Securities Law Cases," "A Sword of Frost?—Two Practices of Securities Law," "Guarding Rationality and Romance," and "Walking Through Law."
