Patient's question:
Why do I and my wife delay ejaculation during sex (specify: long-term habit of manual masturbation)Doctor's answer:
Ejaculatory dysfunction typically refers to a condition where the penis can achieve normal erection and engage in sexual intercourse, but fails to reach sexual climax or experience sexual pleasure, and cannot eject semen; or in other situations, semen can be ejected, but not inside the vagina. Both conditions are collectively referred to as ejaculatory dysfunction. Organic ejaculatory dysfunction is more common in congenital abnormalities of the urinary and reproductive system, spinal cord injuries, vas deferens obstruction, certain cranial inflammatory conditions, overly loose female vaginal anatomy, and the use of certain medications. It is less common than psychogenic (psychological) ejaculatory dysfunction. Ejaculatory dysfunction can interfere with perinatal health and may lead to male infertility. Additionally, due to the lack of sexual climax during intercourse, sexual interest is significantly reduced.
