Features: Economics (Quarterly) is a major academic journal in economics that aligns with international academic research and actively focuses on China's economic issues. It is sponsored by the China Economic Research Center of Peking University and published by Peking University Press. The journal's mission is to provide a high-level platform for Chinese economists' research, serve as a focal point for communication within the Chinese economics community, and pave the way for the development of China's economics discipline on a global scale. Our creed is: to study China's local economic phenomena using international-standard methods; when China becomes the world's largest economy, the achievements of China's economic research will also be world-class achievements. We hope, through the collective efforts of the economics community, Economics (Quarterly) can publish a series of groundbreaking research findings and cultivate a group of world-class economics masters. The journal features four columns: Reviews, Papers, Debates, and Book Reviews. The Reviews column publishes review articles written by renowned scholars on the latest academic developments in a specific field. The Papers column publishes original theoretical, econometric, and empirical research articles. The length of papers is generally no more than 15,000 words. The Debates column publishes comments on articles that have already been published in the Reviews and Papers columns, along with responses from the original authors. The Book Reviews column features accessible and readable introductions and reviews of new Chinese economics books. Economics (Quarterly) follows the international standard large 16K format, with approximately 250 pages per issue, totaling four issues annually. The journal is printed with exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful binding, offering compelling and profound content with significant academic reference and preservation value. It is a must-read for scholars and students dedicated to learning cutting-edge theories and methods in modern economics and conducting research on China's local economic issues. It is also one of their best platforms for publication.
