Features: The book "Criminal Procedure Law: Cases and Charts" consists of two parts: teaching cases and criminal procedure law charts. It is one of the phased achievements of the elite course project "Criminal Procedure Law" at East China University of Political Science and Law. The cases are carefully selected and compiled from typical examples handled by public security and judicial organs in recent years, following the arrangement of the "Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China." It is supported by theory, based on law, and presented in the form of questions, achieving the teaching effect of explaining principles and laws through cases. The book also systematically analyzes and explains the entire content of the current criminal procedure law of China in the form of charts. The arrangement of the charts follows the arrangement of the "Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China," divided into four parts and an appendix: General Provisions, Part II: Case Filing, Investigation, and Public Prosecution, Part III: Trial, Part IV: Execution, and Appendix; totaling 113 charts. These charts can help students and legal workers deepen their understanding and aid in memorizing China's criminal procedure law. This book can serve as supplementary teaching material for criminal procedure law courses in law schools (departments) and can also be used as a reference for professional learning by judicial practitioners.
