Features: "Looking at the World – A Collection of Overseas Reports by the People's Bank of China (2003 Collection)" is a selection and edited compilation of achievements from the People's Bank of China's staff who participated in international conferences, overseas (inland) visits, and training programs. Since 2000, it has been published annually, with this being the 4th volume. The purpose of publishing this book is to promote the achievements of our bank's participation in the aforementioned activities within a broader range of our system, to better learn from and adapt to international advanced experiences, and to achieve information sharing. The book includes 34 reports, covering areas such as monetary policy, financial regulation, treasury management, anti-money laundering, financial education, and financial electronics. These reports are selected from over a hundred overseas (inland) reports submitted by the People's Bank of China in 2003.
