Memories fade like smoke, year after year;
Time sings like a song, day after day.
Born between heaven and earth, to history, he is but a fleeting passerby;
To the present, he interprets the true essence and pursuit of life in different ways.
In the second half of 1995, I was transferred from the county to the Policy Research Office of the Guizhou Provincial Committee, dedicating myself to advisory work for the provincial committee and government's decision-making.
To enhance the scientificity, accuracy, foresight, and operability of this service, I made the issues of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers my primary focus for research.
I served and prioritized economic construction as the central task, the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society as the overarching goal, and seizing opportunities to accelerate Guizhou's development as the core theme.
I delved deep into rural areas, grassroots, and the masses, understanding the rural status quo, analyzing the causes of backwardness, summarizing advanced experiences, and proposing countermeasures and suggestions.
This special post, special responsibilities, and special perspective made me focus on contributing to rural development.
What brings me great satisfaction is that many of my countermeasures and suggestions were incorporated into the decision-making of the Guizhou Provincial Committee and government, contributing modestly to the great cause of enriching the people and revitalizing Guizhou.
I can say that I have not only become an observer and witness of Guizhou's rural reform and development in the past decade but also an active participant and advisor.
