Features: During the celebration of the 10th anniversary of China's formal introduction of the postdoctoral system in 2005, we successfully held the th China Economics Postdoctoral Forum and published the special collection "China Economics Under Globalization." At that time, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the heads of various postdoctoral stations and workstations, and the vast number of postdoctoral researchers shared a common feeling: such conferences should be continued, and such collections of papers should be compiled regularly to form a system, so that postdoctoral researchers scattered across universities, research institutions, and enterprises across the country can have a stable platform for exchange, showcase their new research achievements, expand new research fields, and jointly promote the improvement and development of China's postdoctoral system. At that time, it was agreed that the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences would be responsible for holding the conference and compiling the papers, while the Postdoctoral Station of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Institute of Finance of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences were responsible for implementation. According to this arrangement, we organized the second China Economics Postdoctoral Forum. The collection of papers before the readers is a concentrated summary of this conference. Compared to 2005, the number of papers received at this conference has increased significantly, and the quality has also improved noticeably. This fully demonstrates that China's postdoctoral system in economics is gradually improving, and it also shows that the level of economic research in China is steadily rising. The collection of papers is still named "China Economics Under Globalization" and is tentatively set as the identifier for our series of paper collections, embodying our hope: as the socialist market economy system gradually improves and China's economy increasingly integrates into the global economic system and plays a positive role in it, Chinese economics should take globalization as its basic starting point and contribute to the development of global economics; this process clearly requires the unremitting efforts of all Chinese economists, and among them, postdoctoral researchers in economics should play an active role. Due to space limitations, this collection can only include 45 papers, covering a wide range of fields such as basic economic theory, economic development and economic growth, monetary theory and monetary policy, public finance and taxation, capital markets, insurance and social security, international economics, financial institutions, corporate theory and corporate governance, innovation, income distribution and human capital, etc. We believe that readers can see the hard work and sweat of Chinese postdoctoral researchers from this collection and trace the development trajectory of China's postdoctoral system. Similarly, due to our limited capabilities, there must be many problems in the selection of papers for this collection, and there may be inevitable errors in the editing work. We sincerely welcome your valuable comments.
