Through extensive publicity and popularization of social science knowledge, advocating scientific methods, spreading scientific ideas, and promoting scientific spirit, we can enhance the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural literacy of citizens. Popularizing social sciences should adhere to being close to reality, close to life, and close to the people, lowering the threshold for cultural consumption, and making every effort to serve grassroots, citizens, and disadvantaged groups. Producing more cultural products that are affordable, understandable, and useful to them will improve the public's cultural quality of life. To this end, the Tianjin Association of Social Sciences has established a committee for the compilation of social science popularization series and organized social science workers in the city to write social science popularization materials. Building a harmonious socialist society has significant theoretical and practical implications. Specifically, it has the following four aspects:
1. Building a harmonious socialist society is an inevitable trend in social development;
2. Building a harmonious socialist society is the practical outcome of implementing the scientific development concept;
3. Building a harmonious socialist society reflects the wishes of the people and the development direction of socialism;
