Will the circumcision surgery be good?

Patient's question:

I have phimosis. Today I had a circumcision surgery at a private hospital, using an corrosive procedure that cost over 1,000. During the surgery, the doctor told me my frenulum was short and needed to be shortened by over 2,000. After the foreskin was cut open, he said there were pimples inside my penis (there were indeed 5) that needed to be removed, adding another 3,000 to the cost. After the surgery, he recommended postoperative semiconductor treatment for over 2,000 and administered intravenous drips. He also asked me to come in daily for drips and dressing changes. Moreover, I feel the surgery wasn’t done well—despite the anesthesia, it was extremely painful during the procedure. I want to ask the doctors if I was overcharged. Thank you. Attached are photos of the surgery aftermath. Please help the doctors take another look.

Doctor's answer:

You have phimosis, which requires surgery. You've decided on a private hospital, and I can't help but say that public hospitals would never add extra charges during surgery, right? You might be getting ripped off. Public hospitals do a better job, and there are no such issues with private ones—you might end up spending over 10,000.
Additionally, during the treatment of male reproductive health conditions, apart from receiving targeted treatment, the patient's dietary habits and mental state are also particularly important. It's crucial to avoid excessive stress and anxiety to prevent unnecessary interference in the complete recovery from the condition.
