Features: Sister book to "Dazuun—Xin Jie Diao Shang Di Xiang Shou." This book selects 60 stylish shops, over 200 eye-catching images, and over 100 creative, design-driven, interesting, and unique. It also features rare masterpieces, such as Naoki Urasawa-designed home goods, Kenneth Cobonpue furniture, Andy Warhol-signed classic ceramics. The eye-catching images and evocative text make it a personal guide for shop design.
About the Book's Logo "Bulb": While searching for shops, we took a break at a coffee shop. Seeing the lantern above, we laughed—these shops were truly "looking for them with lanterns!" We immediately got to work and asked art director Nie Teacher to create the book's logo: a face made of a light bulb—smiling, squinting, frowning, struggling, and content.
About the Book's "Grammar":
The best way to read this book is to take it shopping. After a shopping spree, flip through it at home. Each chapter begins with thematic text titled "Small Shops, Big Ideas," which contains the spiritual essence hidden in trends. We emphasize the humanistic depth in our shop selections. Without humanity and humanity, even if design reaches a certain height, there's nothing truly impressive. This is our "grammar" for searching for shops.
The book's over 200 images are truly eye-catching, and the text leaves a lingering impression.
