Features: The research approach of this book is first to conduct a literature review, pointing out the shortcomings of existing studies, which mainly involve less examination of corporate bankruptcy issues from a completely new perspective (such as the perspective of contingency governance). Second, based on the research achievements of domestic and international experts and scholars on corporate bankruptcy systems, a comprehensive theoretical model and system of corporate contingency governance are constructed, followed by a detailed deconstruction and interpretation of the model and system. Third, using game theory as an economic analytical tool, the book comprehensively tracks and examines the various interest negotiations among contingency governance entities during the corporate bankruptcy process, as well as between contingency governance entities and debtor enterprises. On this basis, the contingency governance models of each contingency governance entity during the corporate bankruptcy process are explored and designed. Next, evidence from state-owned enterprises in China is used to empirically test the aforementioned theoretical analysis. Finally, the historical evolution path and current status of China's corporate bankruptcy system are reviewed, and specific reform recommendations are provided for the reconstruction of China's corporate bankruptcy system.
