Features: This book is composed of multiple emotional stories about essential oils and is part of the "Aroma of Life" series. Nowadays, aromatherapy is becoming increasingly popular in big cities. Women, especially young urban white-collar professionals, are becoming more and more enthusiastic about this trend out of a desire for beauty or health. After each story, there is an introduction to the essential oils used by women, along with detailed history and specific instructions. Unlike general knowledge-based books about essential oils, its writing style is uniquely crafted, linking related stories and knowledge together, making the book both informative and engaging. It ensures smooth reading while deepening the understanding and retention of related knowledge. If fragrance is a gift from nature to women, then love is a gift that women give to themselves. The health philosophy advocated by the Greek physician Hippocrates thousands of years ago—caring for oneself in a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere—remains relevant. In this world of plant and herb fragrances, only women who pay attention to their bodies can truly live a happy life. I want to say that I am not a professional aromatherapist, nor do I want to be an authority. Writing so many stories about fragrances, I only want to share with everyone the colorful lives and the joy of love it brings. Aromas allow our bodies to experience a rebirth like that of an infant, while our minds, in a state of mild intoxication, undergo repeated purification.
