Publish Date: 2006-04-01
Features: This is the third edition of "The Theory of Human Rights Law." This book incorporates the author's insights gained from studying personality rights law and status rights law during the drafting of the Civil Code. Based on the author's current understanding of the basic theories of human rights law, the first part of the book, which covers the fundamental theories of human rights law, has been restructured to be more rational and in line with the legal logic of human rights. For the second and third parts, which discuss personality rights and status rights, the original structure has been largely maintained, with some additional content added and minor adjustments made. Sections that are not particularly relevant to the study of human rights law have been removed, while other parts remain largely unchanged.
