Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education, vocational training, and vocational skill assessment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security commissioned the National Press and Publication Administration to organize relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Screen Printing Workers" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this profession and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of occupational activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge levels, taking into full consideration the development of the economy.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the requirements of relevant technical procedures, ensuring both the normalization of its format and the reflection of its characteristics as a profession-oriented and skill-centered standard. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this "Standard" divides the profession into five levels, covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and has been implemented since January 28, 2005.
