Patient's question:
I went for a routine prostate examination today. The doctor said there is a problem with my prostate and suggested coming back for a more detailed check-up. Here is my examination report. Can anyone help me understand what this condition is? Thank you all for your help. Please feel free to message me privately. This is quite embarrassing.Doctor's answer:
How men can have prostate-related diseases requires a careful examination of the prostatic fluid test results. In normal prostatic fluid, white blood cells should not be less than 10 lipid bodies, and the small bodies should be three plus signs or more. Additionally, red blood cells should not appear, nor should molds, trichomonads, mycoplasmas, chlamydiae, etc. The prostate should also not exhibit enlargement issues. If the prostate swells abnormally, it is usually related to prostatitis.
