It was collectively written by comrades from 11 institutions across the country under the organization of the Ministry of Education. To adapt to the reform requirements of general logic teaching, after carefully listening to opinions from various parties and obtaining approval from the State Education Commission, this book is based on general logic, while under this premise, it adjusts the framework structure of "General Logic," further introduces modern logic knowledge, and strives to make it coordinate or align with the content of general logic. In terms of system arrangement, it endeavors to reflect the guidance of modern logic, removes some content from the revised edition, and appropriately organizes and explains certain aspects of the revised edition from the perspective of scientificity and precision; it adds a considerable amount of logic knowledge, further standardizes logical formulas and symbols, and appropriately expands exercise questions to maintain its practical characteristics.
