Will early puberty affect height?

Patient's question:

I am 15 years old and 170 cm tall. I experienced nocturnal emissions at 13, then had SY for a year before quitting. I have a lot of body hair, and started growing armpit hair in sixth grade. None of my peers have started growing hair yet, and I've also experienced voice changes. Is this considered precocious puberty?

Doctor's answer:

You don't need to be nervous right now. It does have an impact, but it's not significant. The main issue is your bone health. You can get your bone age checked in time. If it hasn't closed, you can continue growing. Then comes a series of your own exercises, diet, and sleep. Try eating fish and shrimp rich in calcium, bone broth, and playing basketball.
