Features: This book aims to propose a new solution to the rural issue. The rural issue referred to in this book is what people commonly call the "three rural issues." So, why don't we use the term "three rural issues" and instead propose the "rural issue"? This is not only because the rural issue is the essence and core of the "three rural issues," but also because different phrasing leads to different approaches to solving the problem. The term "three rural issues" might make people think that agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are an integral whole, leading to solutions that focus on agricultural development and rural prosperity to achieve farmer wealth. In reality, although the rural issue arises from rural areas, its fundamental solution lies beyond agriculture and rural areas. By proposing the "rural issue," we also propose a completely different solution from previous approaches. Let's look at the chapter arrangement of this book to see the difference. Chapter is the derivation and description of the framework system. In the remaining four chapters, only Chapter 2 discusses policies related to agriculture and rural areas, while the other three chapters have little to do with rural areas. Chapter 5 is entirely about the housing industry. This is precisely our main point: the rural issue originates within the "three rural issues," but its solution lies outside them. The entire book explores a feasible path to address the rural issue outside the "three rural issues."
