Features: Rule of law governance and building a socialist rule-of-law state is a fundamental governance strategy of our country. To achieve this strategy, in addition to strengthening the enforcement of legislation and law enforcement, another very important task is to do well in popularizing law. Only by popularizing law can we gradually improve people's legal awareness and legal concepts, and gradually cultivate the habit of handling affairs according to law, so that the rule of law can truly be implemented. Our country's rural population accounts for 80%, so the focus of our law popularization should be in rural areas. Due to various limitations, especially the lack of law popularization books suitable for rural cadres and the general public, rural law popularization faces many difficulties. In view of this, we have organized experts and scholars from relevant ministries, universities, and research institutions to jointly compile this series of "Rural Law Popularization Books." This series starts from the actual conditions of rural areas and the characteristics of rural cadres and the general public. Most of the books adopt the form of "teaching law through cases," with language striving to be simple and easy to understand, and forms striving to be lively and engaging, with examples striving to be close to the real-life situations of rural cadres and the general public.
