Features: Rule of law and building a socialist rule of law country are fundamental strategies for our governance. To achieve this strategy, in addition to strengthening legislation and law enforcement, one of the most important tasks is to do well in popularizing law. Only by popularizing law can we gradually improve people's legal awareness and legal concepts, enabling them to gradually develop the habit of acting according to law. Rule of law can only be truly implemented in practice. In our country, the rural population accounts for 80%, so the focus of our law popularization efforts should be in rural areas. Due to various constraints, especially the lack of law popularization books suitable for village cadres and rural masses, rural law popularization faces many difficulties. In light of this, we have organized experts and scholars from relevant ministries, commissions, and universities to jointly compile this series of "Rural Law Popularization Books." This series starts from the actual conditions of rural areas and the characteristics of village cadres and rural masses. Most of the books adopt the form of "teaching law through cases," with language striving for simplicity and clarity, formats aiming for liveliness, and examples closely related to the daily lives of village cadres and rural masses.
