Features: Chongqing Publishing House allocated 1 million yuan in 1988 to revitalize the publication of scientific works in China, becoming the first to establish the Chongqing Publishing House Scientific Academic Works Publishing Fund nationwide. At the same time, it invited numerous renowned scientists and experts to form the guiding committee of this fund. This fund is specifically used to support the publication of academic works in natural and social sciences that are at home or internationally advanced. By 2003, the fund had accumulated to 3 million yuan. Starting in 2004, an additional 1 million yuan was allocated annually until 2010, when the total fund reached 10 million yuan, to continue supporting the publication of more outstanding scientific academic works.
