Features: This dictionary is titled "[Zhou Enlai's Handwriting]" and primarily features ink calligraphy, supplemented by pen and pencil writings. The source materials mainly consist of thousands of Zhou Enlai's handwritten drafts, annotations, and published calligraphic works preserved by the Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After thorough research, selected beautiful individual characters were enlarged, reduced, or photocopied from the original prints for editing. The dictionary is organized primarily according to the stroke order system of the Modern Chinese Dictionary. An index of radicals, a character lookup table, and a full table of contents are provided at the beginning. The dictionary includes 2,225 authentic characters and a cumulative total of 2,450 characters. To facilitate reader identification, the principal characters are presented in simplified regular script. If a radical or variant form appears in the handwriting, it is marked in Song script immediately following the principal character. To allow readers to appreciate the overall style of Zhou Enlai's calligraphy while using the dictionary, a selection of complete masterpieces is included at the beginning. Additionally, the end of the main text compiles 179 signatures of Zhou Enlai from different historical periods, 197 instances of "[Chairman Mao]" or "[Chairman]," and handwritten calligraphic works reviewed and approved by Mao Zedong, along with some inscriptions.
