Features: This manuscript consists of 16 papers divided into three major categories: "Introduction to Transnational Operations," "Transnational Operations Strategy and Performance Evaluation," and "Macro Policies and Transnational Operations Environment." It conducts extensive and in-depth discussions and research on the theory and strategy of transnational operations. The content of this collection includes three major parts: Introduction to Transnational Operations, Transnational Operations Strategy and Performance Evaluation, and Macro Policies and Transnational Operations Environment. Among them, the Introduction to Transnational Operations is based on the forefront of theoretical and empirical research on transnational companies, focusing on clarifying the nature and boundaries of transnational companies to provide a logical starting point for subsequent discussions. Transnational Operations Strategy and Performance Evaluation analyzes the operational strategies of transnational companies at the micro level, including technology transfer strategy, investment strategy in China, international alliance strategy, and the construction of performance evaluation systems. Macro Policies and Transnational Operations Environment studies the external environment of transnational companies at the macro level. For transnational companies operating in China, they not only face opportunities brought by China's entry into the WTO, adjustments in trade structure and foreign direct investment policies, and the enhancement of China's status as a "world manufacturing center," but also encounter challenges such as exchange rate risks and the lagging development of the logistics system.
