Features: "WTO Dispute Settlement: Cases and Analysis" is published by the University Press of International Business and Economics. This book consists of two parts. The first part provides a general introduction to the main circumstances of 234 cases (as of July 13, 2001) in which WTO members have initiated consultations and complaints to the Dispute Settlement Body according to the "Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes." The second part focuses on the detailed introduction and analysis of 50 settled cases, including the main content of the reports of the panels and the Appellate Body, along with brief comments. For the 50 cases introduced in the second part, due to space limitations, the book makes selective coverage, emphasizing a more detailed introduction and analysis of cases of significant importance, especially those that have recently occurred, while providing only brief introductions and analyses of other cases.
