What is the reason for the blisters on my soles but not on the bottom of my feet?

Patient's question:

Patient gender: Female
Description of the problem: I have blisters on the top of my feet but not on the soles. Is that right? Do you have any good suggestions?

Doctor's answer:

Oral mucosa shows scattered herpetic vesicles, rice-grain-sized, with significant pain; herpetic vesicles of rice-grain size appear on the palms or soles, and the buttocks or knees may occasionally be affected. The vesicles have an inflammatory erythema around them, with less fluid inside. Some children may also have symptoms such as cough, runny nose, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, and headache. This disease is self-limiting, and most cases have a good prognosis without leaving sequelae. In very rare cases, it may cause severe complications such as meningitis, encephalitis, myocarditis, flaccid paralysis, and pulmonary edema.
