Features: MBA is a high-level, applied specialty program aimed at enterprises, cultivating professional talents for business management. MPA is a high-level, applied specialty program aimed at government departments and non-governmental public institutions, including political parties, public institutions, social intermediary organizations, and other public sectors. MBA education originated in the United States. Through nearly a century of exploration and effort, it has nurtured a large number of outstanding business management talents, creating the myth and miracle of U.S. economic development. MBA is hailed as "the cream of the crop" and "management elites," becoming special figures respected and envied by the business world and even society at large, and even regarded as "heroes of the business world" in the public eye. Statistics show that the majority of top executives, such as CEOs and chairpersons, in the top 500 companies in the United States are MBA graduates. This remarkable fact is the best testament to the success of MBA education. MPA education also originated in the United States. In some developed countries in Europe and North America, MPA programs have a history of over half a century in operation. Currently, there are over 220 universities in the United States offering MPA programs, with more than 30,000 students enrolled. MPA graduates primarily work in local, state, federal government agencies, non-profit public organizations, think tanks, or consulting firms, while some also work in human resources or administrative departments in enterprises. In the U.S. federal government, 10% of employees and 50% of professionals in the field of public policy hold an MPA or a related degree.
