Is the testicle normal? What are the symptoms?

Patient's question:

Please see below:
1. How the testicles are normal. A few days ago, I had frequent urination, especially in the afternoon before taking a nap. I had seen a traditional Chinese medicine doctor before, but not for the urination issue. The TCM doctor said I had severe internal heat and prescribed some medicine. I don’t know if the Chinese medicine contains herbs that promote diuresis.
2. This morning, I got a routine urine test done, which was normal. But my family members said the protein level was at the borderline. I checked it myself, and it seemed normal.
3. If all the above are normal, how come I don’t have prostatitis, right? Also, is cycling beneficial for the prostate or the testicles? I usually cycle over 100 kilometers, and basically, I ride less than 60 kilometers per week. What are these symptoms?

Doctor's answer:

Your test results are within the normal range. The frequent urination from afternoon to evening has nothing to do with the testicles and is related to factors such as water intake and diet. Cycling a bicycle is not beneficial for the prostate and may weaken it. For patients with testicular conditions, timely treatment can reduce the incidence of the disease. If left untreated, it may affect overall health. Therefore, patients should take timely and appropriate medication and maintain a regular lifestyle in daily life to avoid prolonged sitting.
