Features: Survival and development are the two core issues of enterprises. Survival is the foundation of development; development is the guarantee of survival. These two issues are always interdependent. If it were necessary to say which is more important, then the issue of survival is more important. Because only after surviving can we talk about development; if even survival cannot be achieved, then development is not worth mentioning. With the development of the market economy and the approaching entry of China into the WTO, Chinese enterprises will increasingly face complex risks, which may further lead to survival crises for enterprises. Therefore, conducting in-depth research on corporate survival risks to guide enterprises in risk prevention has become an extremely urgent task. To this end, under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, we carried out the project research on "Corporate Survival Risks and Corporate Life Cycle," and some of the results have become the main content of this book. The book is divided into 6 chapters, covering theoretical research, methodological research, case analysis, and other content.
