(1) Lower Abdominal Massage Method: Use the thumb or palm to push down on the Qihai, Shimen, and Guanyuan acupoints on the lower abdomen, gradually increasing pressure while twisting and kneading, both rubbing and pressing, and holding the pressure.(2) Transverse Sacral Massage Method: Apply the palm of the hand or the pads of the index, middle, and ring fingers to the area around the sacral spinous processes, and perform rhythmic vertical strokes at a rate of about 120 times per minute.
(3) Shenmen Acupressure Method: Use the thumb to press Shenmen (a point on the Heart Meridian of the Small Intestine, located on the ulnar side of the wrist crease, deep to the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle), gradually increasing pressure for a deep hold. Apply pressure and hold for about 5–10 minutes, once or twice daily, with 10 sessions constituting one course of treatment.
