"Dictionary of Classical Written Language": This book includes 3,678 single characters. It contains over 14,500 word groups, all selected with elegance, excluding colloquial terms and phrases. The fonts used in this book are based on the "General Table of Simplified Characters" compiled by the Text Reform Commission and the "List for Standardizing Variant Characters" jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and the Text Reform Commission. Each leading character is annotated with Pinyin. The dictionary is arranged in the order of Pinyin letters. The definitions strive for accuracy but do not aim to be exhaustive. Generally, each entry includes a contextual example, preferably selected from famous classical works or renowned pieces, with the author's name, book title, and chapter name noted. The dictionary features a "Pinyin Index" for easy lookup.
"Sentence Construction Dictionary": Sentence construction is the fundamental skill for students in language expression and the foundation for learning writing. Therefore, sentence construction practice is a pressing need for students today. To meet the demand for sentence construction exercises, we have compiled this "Sentence Construction Dictionary." The main features of this book are its abundant examples of sentence construction, most of which are selected from standardized sentences in famous works. The sentence examples take into account the interplay between the core sentence and its related preceding or following sentences, preserving the original content or central idea of the work to deepen students' understanding of sentence construction. Elegant and exquisite sentences also serve as a source of appreciation. The part of speech is marked for each word used in the examples, along with its function in the sentence. The overall design of the book is concise and easy to read. In the main text, the words used in sentence construction are annotated with Pinyin.
"Adjective Dictionary": To facilitate readers' understanding and mastery of adjectival words, this dictionary includes nearly 10,000 terms, phrases, idioms, and set expressions with adjectival meanings, categorized into over 1,800 groups. It is primarily intended for teachers, students, translators, writers, editors, secretaries, and others engaged in language and text work. It can also serve as a reading material for general readers to appreciate.
