Patient's question:
I have been married to my husband for 4 years, and we have never had children. I had a thorough medical check-up before getting married, and there were no problems with any aspect of my health. However, for some reason, I am still unable to conceive. Could it be that my husband has infertility? What are the symptoms of male infertility?Doctor's answer:
Leukocytospermia refers to the presence of semen mixed in male urine, or the presence of semen-like turbid substances after urination. It may also be accompanied by obstructive azoospermia, which can be caused by infections or congenital varicocele scars. Non-obstructive azoospermia can be caused by congenital chromosomal abnormalities, cryptorchidism, mumps during youth, and other factors leading to male infertility or a significantly reduced sperm count (with at least 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen being considered normal). Finally, we wish you a speedy recovery.
