The theory of benevolence is the origin of the long-standing Confucianism that has endured for over two thousand years, and it is also the essence of Confucianism. Represented by Confucian thought, as embodied in Confucianism, is not only a good governance method but also the management ideas and principles it contains, which can be traced back to modern corporate management concepts and are interconnected. Today, by exploring the multi-dimensional humanistic and humanitarian spirit in Confucian thought, we can greatly enrich and develop modern corporate management theory.
