Features: This book was written with support from multiple parties; the leaders of the Civil Affairs Department's Non-Governmental Organization Administration and Service Center provided strong support, Ms. Li Li from the World Bank showed concern for the writing process and helped find materials, review experts offered excellent revision suggestions, foreign experts provided some materials, Vice Director Qiao Shenqian from the Non-Governmental Organization Service Center further proposed revision suggestions for the "Revised Draft," and Director Zhang Shuzhong did a lot of organizational work during the project implementation. My Ph.D. student Ye Jinlian referenced a large amount of domestic and international research materials during the book's compilation process, with some content directly coming from these works. Although the book lists a bibliography of reference materials, we still want to express our sincere gratitude to them.
