In recent years, with the continuous development of the musical instrument production industry, the intrinsic quality of its products has also been improving. To further enhance the quality of musical instruments and facilitate technical supervision authorities in monitoring and managing their quality, the Quality Standards Department of the Industry Administration Division of the State Light Industry Bureau, along with relevant research and production departments of the musical instrument industry, have promptly translated advanced and mature technological achievements into standards based on the actual conditions of China's musical instrument production industry. This ensures that all stages of musical instrument production are carried out according to these standards, continuously strengthening the role of standardization in production. To address the practical difficulties faced by the musical instrument manufacturing industry, research institutions, and end-users in terms of the lack of standards and incomplete standard collections, this book has been published. The national standards portion of this collection is compiled and organized by the Editorial Office of the China Standards Press; the industry standards portion is provided by the Quality Standards Department of the Industry Administration Division of the State Light Industry Bureau and processed and edited by the Editorial Office of the China Standards Press. This collection gathers a total of 50 current national and industry standards related to musical instruments, issued up to the end of October 2000, including 3 national standards, 46 light industry industry standards, and 1 standard converted from national standard to light industry industry standard after a review and restructuring. This book consists of two parts: Part 1: Basic Standards and General Technical Standards; Part 2: Product Quality Standards. At the end of the book, a Comparison Table of National Standards (GB) Converted to Light Industry Industry Standards (QB) After Review and Restructuring is appended. The attributes of the national standards collected in this compilation are indicated in this catalog (GB or GB/t), with years represented by four digits. Since some national standards were published before the review and restructuring of national standards and have not yet been revised, the original text is retained in the main body of the book. When using these national standards, their attributes should be referred to as indicated in this catalog (please note the attributes of standards cited in the "References" section of the standard text). This book is intended for use by musical instrument manufacturers, research institutions, end-users, quality inspection and supervision agencies, and relevant research organizations.
