Doctor's answer:

(1) Do not smoke or drink alcohol; avoid spicy and irritating foods;
(2) Prevent constipation;
(3) Prevent urinary tract infections; drink plenty of water but do not hold urine, while paying attention to hygiene in the perineal area to prevent retrograde infection.
(4) Perform regular Kegel exercises to strengthen the function of the bladder sphincter.
(5) Avoid sexual activity, lifting heavy objects, or riding bicycles for 3 months after surgery; avoid prolonged sitting.
(6) Carefully observe and record the frequency of urination, urine color, and the thickness of the urine stream; undergo regular follow-up examinations. Early-stage prostatic cysts can be treated with outpatient visits and additional medication to suppress the condition. However, if the condition is severe, surgical treatment is necessary.
