Features: Management has a famous theory known as the "Bucket Theory," also referred to in academia as the "Bucket Effect." Under its influence, upon examining its strengths and weaknesses, I realized that it is only natural for a damaged bucket to hold less water. Since my profession often involves dealing with "damaged buckets," over time, I discovered that these buckets actually exhibit a "Damaged Bucket Effect." That is, without the time, technology, or materials for remediation, the bucket is tilted, actively lowering the seemingly redundant parts of the bucket wall to the bottom, while elevating the seemingly flawed parts. Through this "activation" of raising and lowering, the amount of water the bucket can hold no longer depends on the shortest piece of wood.
