Publish Date: 2001-08-01
Features: The book is divided into 8 parts, namely: Key Principles of Formulas, Veterinary Formulas for Horses, Donkeys, and Mules, Veterinary Formulas for Cattle and Sheep, Veterinary Formulas for Pigs, Veterinary Formulas for Dogs and Cats, Veterinary Formulas for Poultry, Veterinary Formulas for Other Animals (including domestic rabbits, wild animals, fish, shrimp, bees, silkworms, etc.), and General Formulas. Except for the general introduction (Key Principles of Formulas), the remaining sections include a total of 862 formulas (including 216 supplementary formulas). An index is provided at the end for easy reference. As for the content of each formula, we have designed segments in the following order: source, composition and preparation, usage and dosage, function and indications, clinical applications, related research, and supplementary formulas. However, due to limited original materials and the purpose of this book, it is not possible to be exhaustive, but rather focuses on simplicity and practicality, avoiding unnecessary inclusivity. The length of each formula varies as needed, and the writing style is flexible within the scope and framework of this book.
