Features: This book begins with a study on the supply and demand balance of agricultural products in China in the 21st century. It first argues that technological investment is a crucial guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture and food security in China. All the viewpoints and conclusions in the book are derived from systematic econometric analysis based on extensive empirical surveys. The analysis of the relationship between supply and demand balance and technology investment adopts the agricultural sector economic equilibrium model for simulation; the study of agricultural technology investment and the system adopts the international comparative analysis method. The econometric analysis models, data survey methods, and questionnaire design in this book will provide relatively practical references and examples for agricultural technology personnel, graduate students, and university students to conduct similar research.
